Your main role will be:
- Educate employers about the Canadian labour market situation in their specific industry.
- Familiarize them with our complementary and complete solution.
- Generate trust and close relationship with the employer.
- Open a job offer account for the employer.
- Build with the employer annually temporary and permanent global talents plan.
- Your responsibilities are to develop and generate close relationship within your assigned territory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities are to generate, develop, and close sales opportunities (10-15 job offers per month).
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets within 120 Days.
- Generate plan to ensure broad penetration into the large accounts within your territory.
- Understand complex customer requirements on both an employer and global talent level.
- Develop and provide custom presentations on jobnicanVideo Solutions to customers to solve their business problems.
- Develop effective strategies for winning in a competitive environment.
- Gather, manage and direct a virtual team during the sales cycle.
- Provide inputs and educate product management, marketing on customer needs & issues.
Experience & Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years Field sales experience in the HR or Recruiting industry targeting corporate accounts.
- Proven ability to sell multiple deals in a month (and also longer term large deals and to meet or exceed quotas.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Goal oriented, self-motivated.
- Able to work independently, but within a team environment.
- Confident, competitive, thorough, hungry and tenacious attitude.
Salary: DOE and Results, stock incentive plan and benefits available after quota and metrics attainment. We are a results based organization, if you want to make $100,000 a year, we will make it possible for you to make $100,000 a year provided you close deals. Basically, there is no limit on compensation.
